What we’re looking for:
Are you passionate about making the consulting process more efficient and accessible? Are you a hungry, self-starting rockstar? We are looking for exceptional candidates to join T4 for a spring internship who also have an interest in extending the opportunity into a full-time role. You will help us develop a repeatable and scalable consulting practice, create a robust training & assessment program for a global pool of highly talented analysts, and develop client relationships. You’ll be working with our founder and our global seven person team (and growing), and will be working directly on strategic consulting projects for Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, SMBs and Fortune 500's.
What you’ll do:
After a successful intern class last year that led us to hire an intern, we’ve decided to bring back our internship. We have a culture of mentorship and development. For us, this internship is an opportunity for our analysts to develop mentorship relationships, an opportunity to increase our project capacity, and to do what we love most: develop the next generation of analysts. You will join alongside our team, working on important strategy projects, including due diligence, market opportunity, and go-to-market strategy for Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, SMBs and Fortune 500's. Together we are building a consulting team with great sustainability, less red tape, direct engagement with client executives, and significant responsibility.
What you'll achieve during your internship:
- Work directly with our team to advise SMB CEOs, Private Equity Partners, and Fortune 500 Directors/VPs
- Learn the foundations of primary and secondary market research, market sizing, competitive analysis, and developing valuable strategic insights
- Participate in all stages of a strategic consulting project, from initial scoping to final readout
- Support the development the world’s first scalable consulting practice, that brings MBB consulting quality work to every level of a business
Depending on performance and opportunity alignment, full-time offers might be extended at the completion of an internship that will transition into a full-time offer
